Would highly recommend Paul at the running school. I visited initially to understand how I could run more efficiently, with the aim of avoiding injury when upping the mileage.

Paul identified straight away some of the issues hindering my performance. We spent 6 sessions working to make improvements; within a few weeks I was not only able to see the impact on my running style but also noticed a real improvement in my speed.

The difference between my initial appointment and after 6 weeks was huge, and because I’ve come away with greater self-awareness, as well as a series of exercises tailored to my needs, it will enable me to continue running well into the future.

There’s no way I would have been able to make the improvement without the running school – hugely worth the investment!

Our next open event, these are always very, very popular and get booked up quickly. Get your half price Bio-mechanical Analysis! Just £15! I have done it over a week instead of a day again, so that It does not create a massive crossover of people in the current climate.

The sessions involves a 1:1 session with one of our Running School Coaches who will analyse your running technique to identify your strengths and weaknesses. This session will be tailored to your fitness level and running experience, we will show you where injuries come from and to stop new injuries occurring and how to improve your PB’s, this is suitable for kids and adults.
